I need pink flowers..not really set on what kind, for my bouquet, maids bouquets, and centerpieces. I wanted to know if there are any places online to order from.
Place to order wedding flowers online....?

Reply:www.ftd.com They have a really good selection

This will at least give you ideas on the hundreds of pink flowers and combinations that are available to you. Write down a list of what you like and what you don't.
Personally my next step would to to go to a florist nearby you that you trust. Sit down and ask if they have any of the flowers in the shop that you could see, live, or if it could be ordered in. Not sure why you want to order them online, maybe you are having a destination wedding (?), but I would talk to your local person and see if they can get in touch with a florist where are you going to, and work with them to get what you want.
Sometimes ordering online you pay HUGE fees and are not guaranteed that what you ordered is what will actually show up at the doorstep. They usually have a 'substitution policy' which you must agree to, that if they cannot fill your request they will substitute flowers of their choosing - not your choice, and usually not even in the same price range (they'll charge you for roses and send daisies).
Have fun picking your flowers, but be careful with how you order them. Good Luck!
Reply:I recommend www.rosesource.com
I bought 250 roses for my son's wedding last year. The price has gone up since '06, but at that time I bought 250 for $160! They have LOTS of flowers, not just roses. I was able to track my shipment from Miami all the way to my home in Michigan via Fed Ex. It was free shipping too! They give you pointers on their site as to how to care for them.
Another good one is www.growersbox.com - I have not used them, but they get good reviews on other sites. They also have LOTS of flowers - not just roses.
Yet another one is www.bigrose.com, but I think they only have roses.
I LOVE real flowers. Sometimes people think you can save by using silks, maybe you can, but I only paid 64 cents each for a real roses and I have seen some silks for $3 each.
Two more options: Costco.com sells bulk flowers as does Walmart I believe. If you live by a Walmart you can also order them right from the store (a special order) and they are cheap!!!
The only drawback.......it takes LOTS of time to assemble them. I didn't do bouquets - I wouldn't even go there....we only used them for the reception and church and rehearsal dinner. But, if you know someone that can do this - all the better! Again, it's stressful because they have to come last minute (for freshness) - but it's worth it and I would do it again in a minute. 250 roses at the florist would have been $1,000 and we only paid $160!
Good luck!

Reply:Have you thought about artificial flowers? Try thebridesbouquet.com I had them and no one knew the flowers were not real.
Reply:I agree with all those who said ProFlowers.com I have ordered and received MANY different flowers from them, and they are always fresh, beautiful, and very reasonably priced. They last a lot longer than most flowers from a florist too! Their website also has a wedding section where you can view bouquets, etc.

Great deals and they have all kinds of flowers! Someone on Yahoo Answers who used this company for their wedding flowers highly recommended them to me. They also have great right ups on CNN Money.
Reply:Proflowers really is the best for the money and they are beautiful.
Reply:This site lets you order from them and tells you when the flowers are in season. You can pick your wedding month to see what flowers are in season. Has a lot of great pictures and suggestions.
