i want to make a homemade "card" (thinking a one page 8" by 11" paper) for my cousins wedding. i really want to use pressed flowers/leaves in it, but i also want to write on it. what is the best way to use pressed flowers and also have a piece of see-though-ish paper over them so i can write on? im also thinking of pasting drawings and magazine clipping into a sort of collage but i want natural aspects in it as well. sorry if this questions written poorly but you get my drift. any suggestions?

This site will help you with the pressing of the flowers and the designing of your card. I can't think of the proper name for the paper overlay you want ( brain freeze ), but it is similar to parchment paper. It is available where they have scrap booking papers in the craft stores. You will know it when you see it.
