What makes a memorable wedding table for guests. I am wanting to use tulle, flowers and candles NEED HELP???

I am having round (14) tables seating 10 each. I don't want a cluttered table, already ordered disposable camera's. Want to use tulle, flowers. But can't find any good pictures of great tables, any suggestions? Am having a black %26amp; White theme.

What about a large clear glass bowl filled with water. Then put foating candles and white flowers in it and arrange the tulle around the base of the bowl. Scatter flower petals around the tulle. This way you have a stunning centrepiece that won't clutter up the table.

You could use a large tall clear vase also and fill the bottom with black and white pebbles and have fish swimming around in it and then arrange tealight candles around the base with flower petals or glitter confetti scattered too.

I saw a wedding set up once and the fish in the centrepieces looking unreal and was such a talking point. They aren't expensive either if you go for black goldfish types or add a touch of colour to the table with a coloured fish.

best of luck
Reply:How about a tall candle in the middle, tulle around it (be careful though...you don't want it to catch fire (maybe use a glass hurricane for the candle), and sprinkle flower petals and a little confetti on the tulle. I agree with not wanting it too cluttered. In addition to the cameras you could also burn a cd of love songs...one wedding I was in used a picture of the bride and groom as a cd label sticker. You could also use some of the songs that you have picked out for the reception (first dance, father/daughter dance, etc...just not the chicken dance or the hokey pokey!!) lol Hope this helps and congratulations!
Reply:a memorable wedding table? ensuring your guests seated at each table have something in common! something to get the conversation flowing.

i like your idea of keeping your table simple and uncluttered! i wouldn't use tulle, instead of flowers what about a low bowl of floating candles? inexpensive, pretty, and uncluttered!
Reply:Hi. Yes, you don't want to crowd things too much. Remember that everyone needs room for plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

I would not have tulle for a centerpiece at all. If you want to ONLY stay with the black and white theme, then purchase some black vases and use white flowers - roses, baby's breath, etc.

One very nice accent for black and white is RED. I love red roses and it would look very elegant. You could put them in a WHITE vase.

Whatever you decide on.....I would keep it minimal a few flowers with some greens in a bud vase. Then you can put all of this on a mirror - say a 10" round mirror (since you are having round tables.) ....then put a few votives or tea lights around that! Very elegant!
Reply:pictures of yall when yall where young and together.
Reply:Black and white is like for funerals. Not weddings. Decorate the tables the way you like.
